As a patient, I’m nervous of dentist, but this office had reassured me and made me feel so at ease they did a wonderful job. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The dentist that provided my care was very, very nice and friendly quick work minimal pain so thank you again.

The first impression with the front desk team was excellent and attentive. The surgeon literally demonstrated patient care from start to finish. The clinical staff support was attentive to my needs and reiterated post surgical procedures for my comprehension at the end.

I was very impressed with your entire staff. Everyone was professional and appeared happy to see us. Dr. Lee was awesome. Very friendly and convinced me I had no worries about the procedure or the result of his work on me. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.

The whole experience had been great from evaluation through procedure. Staff was very friendly, professional and very accommodating because I had to reschedule appointment, and it was very easy. Instructions pre-procedure were simple and clear. Procedure itself was very easy. I came in, waited less than 5 minutes, and procedure went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at the Dental Specialty Center of Chesapeake. From the moment I walked in, the staff and dental hygienist were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They took the time to give me clear, step-by-step instructions on what to expect throughout the visit, as well as what I needed to do afterward. My insurance and financial responsibilities were explained thoroughly and transparently, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Young, the endodontic specialist, is a seasoned professional. I came in with excruciating pain, and she quickly diagnosed that I needed a root canal on a tooth that had a crown. I’ll admit—I’m not the easiest patient, especially when I’m in that much pain. But Dr. Young handled everything with exceptional patience, skill, and a gentle touch. Once I agreed to the procedure, she performed the root canal efficiently and without the roughness I’ve experienced from other dentists in the past. Her calm, confident approach immediately put me at ease. I still have part two of the procedure scheduled for next week, but part one has already left me extremely impressed. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking expert
